Girls Self-Esteem Program
About Us

With chapters in New York State, Texas, and California, the Girls Self-Esteem Program (G-SEP) is a community funded program for girls ages 4-12.

Y-SEP is our Youth Self Esteem Program in local high schools. 
The six session program teaches girls to carry themselves with grace, dignity and respect, while addressing issues that affect young girls.

G-SEP Sessions are taught by local  experts ranging from licensed counselors, to self-defense experts. Each presenter must pass a background check, and be willing to volunteer a minimum of two hours to the program.  Call (347) 291-7495
